AIRWAY VISTA 2020
Registration
Participants are encouraged to register for the AIRWAY VISTA 2020 by March 20, 2020 to advantage of the reduced fee. Registration fee includes admission to the all scientific sessions, exhibition, poster discussion session, coffee breaks, and program book during the conference (2 days).
No registration will be confirmed until the full payment is received. You will be able to check out the status of registration on 'My Page'.
Participant's registration fee includes Admission to all scientific sessions, Exhibition, lunch, and Program Book.
A complimentary lunch will be served during luncheon session, please understand that a meal ticket will not be provided.

Payment
We accept payment via debit card and credit card.
A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the congress secretariat at +82-2-3010-4650.
Please note that all bank charges are to be paid by registrants.
Please ensure the applicant's name is on the transfer record.
Registration forms not accompanied by appropriate payments will not be honored until full payment is received.
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and clearance of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Request of refund downloaded on the web must be submitted to the Airway Vista 2020 Secretariat. In case of cancellation later than March 22, 2020, the balance except a 50% administrative fee will be refunded after the meeting. It takes about 1 month for refund processing, and any remittance charge should be paid by beneficiary separately. No refunds will be given on and after April 3, 2020.
