Poster Attachment Guideline

The Airway Vista 2015 Secretariat will provide you with a poster board (Maximum size of a poster: 150 cm vertical x 90 cm horizontal) to utilize for your presentation and a number to identify your poster. Please attach your poster on the poster board reserved for your poster. Materials for attaching the poster will be available in poster area.

In order to make this session runs smoothly, we sincerely appreciate your cooperation. Please kindly see the poster exhibition schedule below.

Poster Exhibition Schedule

  • Poster Set-up: Saturday, March 21 (08:00~09:00)
  • Posters on Display: March 21[Sat]-22[Sun]
  • Posters removed: March 22 (12:30~14:00)
  • Poster Area: 6F, East building, Asan Medical Center

* If you are not able to attach your poster between 08:00 and 09:00 on Saturday, March 21, please make sure to contact Airway Vista 2015 Secretariat via email.

Poster Discussion Schedule

  • Poster Discussion: Sunday, March 22 (10:40 ~ 12:10)
  • Poster Discussion Area: Seminar Room #5, and 7, 6F, East building, Asan Medical Center
